Welcome to a new way of approaching health! My life mission has been to figure out how to feel your best, both physically and mentally. My journey has taken me to explore personally many roads such as: allopathic(traditional) doctors, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbalism, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, detoxing, chiropractors, energetic healers, diets such as paleo, mediterranean, vegetarian, vegan, plant based and more.

Through my own journey I have discovered many interesting paths, some worked and some absolutely not... However along the way, I have found some amazing therapies and protocoles which have changed my own life and wellbeing.
Now I have taken the best of those therapies and I am on a mission to share them with the world to help people explore health and experience a sense of wellbeing.

I have a WHOLE-LISTIC approach, meaning that there is not one single answer or treatment that is meant to be a cure all.

During my consults I use iridology as my main pillar to guide me an give me an insight to your inner world, both physical and mental. After the reading, a plan that considers Ayurveda, intuitive eating, detoxing, life style changes, herbal and naturopathic treatments will be given.

I believe whole heartedly in the power of preventive medicine, finding out what your weak link is and approaching it before it develops into a disease. Anyone can benefit from working on their body to maintain and improve health.
